In 2001 Ironfist Self Defence was created. We are very proud of the fact that the Gym was built by our own hands. Many of the boys who helped me build it still train with me today. From humble beginnings we have extended on our original building 3 times now to allow for the growth that has taken place. We are lucky enough to have the room for a full sized boxing ring, full weights area, 12 floor to ceiling bags and a fully stocked shop selling Equipment and Supplements. |
